2. Scope
This policy applies to all subcontractors, employees, and clients of NSB-Global Enterprise Ltd and governs all areas of employment, including recruitment, pay, conditions of work, promotion, and training.

Management is responsible for implementing this policy and ensuring compliance in all aspects of our operations. Subcontractors and employees are expected to support this policy and help maintain an environment where equality and diversity are respected.

5. Discrimination
NSB-Global Enterprise Ltd will not tolerate discrimination on any grounds. Any reports of discriminatory behaviour will be dealt with promptly and effectively. If discrimination occurs, disciplinary action will be taken according to the severity of the case.
6. Complaints Procedure
Subcontractors and employees who believe they have been discriminated against are encouraged to report these concerns to their immediate supervisor or to management. All complaints will be treated with confidentiality and investigated thoroughly.
7. Monitoring and Review
This policy will be monitored and reviewed regularly to ensure it is achieving its objectives. Data collected for monitoring purposes will be treated as confidential and it will not be used for any discriminatory purposes.
8. Training
Equality and Diversity training will be provided to all subcontractors and employees and will cover all aspects of this policy and the importance of promoting an inclusive workplace.
